Refund Policy
At Shoporiya, we aim to ensure a safe and reliable shopping experience for every customer. Refunds are only applicable after the customer receives the product and must be requested within 3 days of delivery. A refund is eligible only if the customer receives a product that is wrong, damaged, or defective. This includes cases where the item does not match what was ordered, arrives broken or physically damaged, or contains manufacturing faults that affect its proper use.
Refunds are not eligible in situations where the customer simply changes their mind after receiving the product, or if the item has been used, tested excessively, or is missing its original packaging, tags, or accessories. Slight color variations caused by lighting or screen display differences also do not qualify for a refund. Any refund request made after the 3-day window cannot be accepted, and products that are damaged due to customer mishandling or negligence are also not eligible.
After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund is processed within 3 working days, and the amount is transferred through bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash as per the customer’s preference. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances. Each order is eligible for a refund only once, and refunds are approved only after our team verifies and confirms the reported issue.
