Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day return and exchange policy for products that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. All return/exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days after receiving the product. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

1. When Can You Return or Exchange?

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The product is damaged
• The product is defective
• The product is not the same item that you ordered (wrong item)

2. How to Report an Issue

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please inform Shoporiya within 48 hours of delivery.

Send us clear pictures or videos of:
• The product
• The packaging
• The issue/defect

3. Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped within 5–7 working days.

• Please hand over the original item to the delivery person at the time of exchange.
• The product must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

4. Return Process

For approved returns:

• Customers must courier the product back to us in its original packing.
• Make sure the item is safely and securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

5. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Refunds will be issued within 3 working days
• Refunds are processed to your bank account or Easypaisa/Bank Transfer

⚠️ Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Important Notes

• Each order is eligible for one-time return or exchange only.
• Products must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging.
• For self-shipped returns, we recommend using a reliable courier service.
