During seasonal sales or unexpected logistical delays, delivery timelines may extend slightly, but we always strive to ensure timely processing and dispatch.

Shipping charges vary based on weight, location, and ongoing promotions, and these charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Customers must provide accurate delivery details. If an incorrect or incomplete address leads to delays or a failed delivery attempt, Shoporiya will not be responsible, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

If your parcel appears damaged, mishandled, or the item inside seems incorrect, we kindly advise you to accept the parcel and contact Shoporiya’s support team right away. Once you receive the parcel and inform us about the problem, our team will carefully review your complaint and begin the appropriate return or exchange procedure according to Shoporiya’s policy. We take full responsibility for assisting you if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery. If the courier is unable to reach the customer after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us, and re-shipping may require additional charges.
